Woodlands Farm forms part of a family enterprise which has been farmed by the Dennis family for four generations. Situated five miles south-east of Boston, the farm consists of level, fertile silt fens which are said to have been reclaimed from the sea by the monks of Crowland Abbey some nine hundred years ago.
We offer a friendly and efficient organic vegetable box scheme delivery to Glinton and the surrounding area using a service where you will have the opportunity to get to know the growers and the Farm. As there are no middle men, we are the team that not only grow the food but also administer the box scheme and make the van deliveries. We consider ourselves accountable and are willing to discuss any aspect of our production system. We are endeavoring to rebuild the link between farmers and consumers with our personalised service and having farm open days. We also write a regular newsletter - THE WOODLANDS FARM CHRONICLE - which will keep you up to date and give you handy cooking tips especially for the "weird and wonderful" vegetables. We hope that you will enjoy eating with the seasons as well as the element of surprise as to the contents. The vegetable boxes should suit everyone from the adventurous cook to those concerned with feeding their families a diverse and healthy diet.
