Our Customer Promise:
- If we recommend a wine and you don't like it, you don't pay.
- If you buy wine from us and find it cheaper elsewhere we'll refund the difference.
- If we haven't delivered any of our recommended wines within 7 days, we will credit the full delivery charge to your account.
- If we deliver and it gets nicked, we will replace the case (plus delivery costs) free of charge.
