PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME AND READ THIS TO CONTINUE TO SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICEAs you know, the Government has decided to change the way in which your Pension/Benefit is being paid. They will be writing to you all over the next year explaining this. To carry on supporting your local Post Office you can still choose to collect your money from me each week by opening a Post Office Card Account to have your Pension/Benefit paid in to. The letter you will receive does not make it clear that this is the case and will just ask you for your Bank or Building Society details. Once they have written to you, you must telephone them on the number shown on the letter and tell them that you require a Post Office Card Account. They will then send you a Personal Invitation Document (PID). Bring this letter to the Post Office and we will complete an application form. If you do decide to have your money paid into a Bank or Building Society you can still withdraw cash at the Post Office Counter dependant upon whom your account is with. Please ask me for details. Other services AvailableDid you know that we also offer a variety of other services:-
Please ask me for more information on any of the above services. Your continued support will help to secure the future of the Glinton Village Post Office. Sally Pearman
