Our home offers you everything you could wish for..…. This stunning, spacious four bedroom/three bathroom villa is located in a quiet gated residential development off Highway 27, within a few minutes' drive of both the 192 and the Interstate 4. There is a large Publix supermarket within 2 miles, many restaurants and several world class golf courses are also nearby. Beautiful beaches are also accessible on both the Gulf and the Atlantic coasts.
The transfer from Orlando International Airport takes around 30 minutes while Sanford and Tampa Airports are just over an hour’s drive.
Located in Westridge, a friendly community offering the use of a fully equipped recreation area with a swimming pool, floodlit tennis courts, basket-ball court, volley ball court and a children’s play area.
 Kitchen and Breakfast area
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a family holiday including a full sized cooker, microwave, large capacity fridge/freezer (with ice maker), dishwasher and garbage disposal. All crockery and cutlery are also provided.
The breakfast area adjoins the kitchen allowing you to enjoy views of the pool whilst waking up with a coffee! There is a telephone for incoming and free local outgoing calls.
The separate utility room provides a full sized washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The utility room opens into the double garage which doubles as a games room with table tennis, darts and a table football game available.
Family Room
This family room is next to the
kitchen and features a large screen
colour T V, and two large sofa’s.
With patio doors leading onto
the completely screened and
furnished, pool area, the open plan
kitchen, dining, family room is a
great area to unwind in after a hard
days sightseeing!
Lounge and dining area
As you enter the villa there is a more formal lounge and dining area. The dining area looks out over the front garden and the seating area has patio doors facing the pool.
 Fully Furnished Pool Area
There is a beautiful pool with plenty of chairs and recliners for your use. Patio doors lead from the pool to the master bedroom suite, formal lounge, family room and into a shower room so that you can access the villa without dripping water all over the floor.
Master Bedroom
This bedroom overlooks the pool area. It has plenty of storage, its own TV and large ensuite with bath, his and hers' sinks, shower and wc.
Bedrooms 2 and 3
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds in each. Fitted wardrobes are built into both rooms so there is plenty of storage and they share a bathroom which is built in between them. Bedroom 2 also has a TV and playstation.
Bedroom 4
Is at the rear of the house it’s bathroom leads out on to the pool area. Spare duvets and a babies travel cot are kept in a separate storage cupboard.
